In 2023, ASCI proudly partnered with National Core to complete the Iris at San Ysidro Development Project. This four-story, transit-oriented affordable housing community is located in the city of San Diego and features 100 apartment homes, including 27 one-bedroom, 32 two-bedroom, and 36 three-bedroom units. Designed for families and individuals earning less than 60% of the area median income, Iris at San Ysidro offers a vital resource for affordable living. Our commitment to community well-being is reflected in the advanced systems we installed throughout the development. These include state-of-the-art Access Control, comprehensive Video Surveillance, and robust Fire Protection systems. Additionally, we implemented Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) to enhance emergency communication for 911 responders.
